EOS has faced with a number of challenges as they continue to scale. One of key priorities has been to ensure the business can maintain their cyber security defensive perimeter as they continue to expand globally.

The Solution

Dragonfly partnered with Rapid7 to tailor a response to EOS’s challenge. The Managed Detect and Response (MDR) service provides monitoring detection and incident management that is tailored to EOS’s business needs. Rapid7 was a natural fit as they are market leaders in cyber security information and management. Rapid7 have a world class managed detection and response capability and are active players in the global threat community.

In operation, MDR service is delivered a natural extension to the EOS security team. EOS has benefited from the AI and ML opportunities provided by the Rapid7 IDR platform and the tailored security services approach from Dragonfly.

The Result

The key to supporting EOS was in providing not just a local, but a global capability. Given the nature of the business and the sensitivity – in some cases, being in the interest of national security – we needed to provide a 24/7, 365-day continuous protection service.

EOS can rely strongly on Dragonfly and Rapid7 due to our joint responsive capabilities.
